Refund policy
EXCHANGE
We do not exchange physical musical products (CDs and LPs). However, in the event that a product is damaged or defective, Ensoul Records will replace it. You can send an email to info@ensoulrecords.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Please provide photos when possible that show the extent of the damage, we will make sure to solve the problem.
We offer exchanges of the same apparel product if quantities allow it. You have 30 days and you must return the items unused and in the same condition that you received them. Please note that the return of the exchanged products will be at the customer's expense.
REFUND
To cancel or have a refund of an order containing physical products, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to info@ensoulrecords.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Please provide photos when possible that show the extent of the damage.
In case of the unavailability of a product due to an inventory error, we will contact you and will offer you a similar item or a refund.
